Before renting

Which cities do you operate in?

We operate in Rabat, Salé, Témara, Harhoura, Kénitra, Casablanca. Contact us if you need pickup in another city.

What documents are needed to rent a car in Morocco?

A valid ID (national ID card for residents, passport for foreign visitors) and a valid driving licence, usually held for at least two years. For a company vehicle, the company's documents (trade register, ICE) are also required.

Do Moroccans living abroad (MRE) have specific conditions?

No: a valid ID (national ID or passport) and a driving licence are enough, just like for any other client. A foreign licence is accepted as long as it is still valid; an international driving permit is not mandatory but may be requested depending on the issuing country.

What is the minimum age to rent a car?

Generally 21, sometimes 23 or 25 for the most powerful categories (SUV, minivan, luxury). The exact minimum age will be confirmed based on the vehicle chosen.

Is the price shown on the site final?

The "from" rate shows the lowest daily price available in the chosen category. The exact rate depends on the vehicle, the duration and the dates: it is confirmed by the agency after your request.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit (security deposit) is usually requested at pickup, either in cash or as a card authorization hold depending on the vehicle. It is refunded at the end of the rental, minus any applicable fees (damage, fines, missing fuel…).

During the rental

Is mileage limited?

It depends on the contract and the rental duration. This information is confirmed by the agency before your booking is confirmed.

Is insurance included?

Basic insurance is included in the rental rate. Additional coverage (reduced or waived excess) may be offered depending on the vehicle.

Can I extend my rental while on the road?

Yes, subject to the vehicle's availability for the extra period. Contact the agency before the scheduled return date to arrange the extension.

What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?

Contact the agency immediately. In case of an accident, fill out a friendly accident report with the other driver if possible, and do not arrange any repair without the agency's approval.

Who pays a fine (ticket) received during the rental?

An offence committed during the rental period (speeding, parking…) remains the renter's responsibility, even if the agency sometimes pays it to the authorities in advance before rebilling it.

Can the vehicle be driven outside Morocco?

No, unless prior written agreement from the agency: rental vehicles are in principle reserved for use within Moroccan territory.

Booking online

How does the booking request on this site work?

You choose a vehicle category and your dates, then leave your contact details. This request is not binding: an advisor will contact you back to confirm availability, the exact vehicle and the rate.

Can I pay for my booking online?

No, this site does not offer online payment. Payment and signing the contract take place directly at the agency, or according to arrangements agreed with your advisor.

Can I cancel or change my request?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been confirmed by the agency, a request does not block any vehicle. Contact us to cancel it or change the dates.
