Data collected

Through the booking request and contact forms: name, phone number, email, requested dates and category, and the content of your message. No ID document (national ID, passport) is requested or collected on this site: it is only required at the agency, at the time of the rental.

Purpose of processing

This data is only used to process your request (contacting you back, checking availability, replying to your message) and, if the rental goes ahead, to handle its administrative follow-up.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations before deletion.

Recipients

Your data is only accessible to agency staff authorized to process bookings. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data hosting

OVHcloud (France). In accordance with law 09-08, any hosting outside Morocco is notified to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies essential to its operation (session, form security, remembering your chosen language). No advertising or third-party audience-measurement cookies are used.

Your rights
